Fire-resistant plaster

- Analysis of the property & determination of the fire protection class e.g. for steel beams, concrete ceilings, or ventilation ducts, and determination of the fire resistance class (e.g. F90 / REI 90). The calculation of the plaster layer thickness is based on this
- Substrate preparation (essential for adhesion)
- Cleaning & rust protection: We remove dust, dirt, grease, or old coatings. Steel components often need to be sandblasted and coated with a special anti-corrosion primer so that the plaster adheres optimally and the steel does not rust under the plaster.
- Bonding agent / plaster base: Application of a primer or installation of wire mesh as a plaster base (especially with thick layers or difficult substrates)
- Machine application of the fire-resistant plaster
- The plaster (vermiculite, perlite, gypsum, or cement) is applied evenly using the wet spray method. Optionally, we smooth the rough, textured surface and apply a coat of paint.
- You also receive all accompanying services from a single source, such as masking and protective work against spray mist, the provision of scaffolding, and professional waste disposal.
- Quality assurance & documentation (legally required)
- Layer thickness measurement : During and after the work, the thickness of the plaster is precisely measured and logged. We then issue an official specialist contractor certificate (declaration of conformity), so that nothing stands in the way of official building inspection approval.
